Be our Summer Talent 2025<\/p>\n
We're looking for Summer Talents to join us in Vaasa, Finland for summer 2025:
\n\u2013 Summer Talent for Quality tasks
\n\u2013 Summer Talent for HR duties
\n\u2013 There's also a possibility of an additional role for general office tasks, depending on the situation in May.<\/p>\n
Jobs are available full-time from May to early autumn, but of course talents also need to be on holiday, so we are quite flexible in terms of working hours. In the HR role, you might even start earlier. <\/p>\n
\ud83d\udcdd As Summer Talent, you will:<\/p>\n
Quality:
\n\u2013 Handle quality notifications from production and collaborate with different departments to solve problems
\n\u2013 Maintain production quality analytics, primarily using Excel
\n\u2013 Utilize the supplier Portal to support quality-related processes
\n- Work both independently and in a team to ensure production quality meets our high standards<\/p>\n
HR:
\n\u2013 Support the implementation of our new HR system by updating data and ensuring accuracy
\n- Prepare reports and verify that HR data is up-to-date and correct
\n\u2013 Assist in recruitment tasks, employment management, and Payroll processes (if you're interested in learning more about these areas)<\/p>\n
General Office tasks:
\n\u2013 Maintaining and organizing office supplies and equipment Inventory
\n\u2013 Filing and archiving documents, both physically and digitally
\n\u2013 Updating Databases and creating reports to support office or business functions
\n\u2013 Supporting the creation of newsletters or internal communications
\n\u2013 Assisting with social media content creation or updates<\/p>\n
\ud83c\udfc6 To succeed, you have to:
\n\u2013 A relevant background for the specific role you're applying for (studies or work experience)
\n\u2013 Good IT skills, especially familiarity with office tools
\n\u2013 A proactive and Analytical Mindset with a team-player attitude
\n\u2013 Fluency in Finnish and good English skills
\n\u2013 A positive attitude and the ability to embody Prohoc's values
\n- To be at least 18 years old by the start of your employment<\/p>\n
