We are looking for an HR INTERN to join our four-person HR team at our head office in Herttoniemi, Helsinki.<\/p>\n
Our hope is to find a viable, industry-oriented person who will participate
\nOur HR team has a wide range of tasks, including:
\n\u2013 you will play a significant role in managing the life cycle of summer workers' employment relationships
\n\u2013 you are responsible for maintaining the HR information system, working time management, and alarm and access control systems
\n\u2013 you participate in the orientation of new summer employees
\n\u2013 you collaborate with superiors from different departments
\n\u2013 you participate in workplace well-being projects and the development of personnel matters.<\/p>\n
You are the person we are looking for if you have:
\n\u2013 study field HR\/management (Bachelor of Business Administration or Master of Science in Economics)
\n\u2013 an active, systematic and responsible approach to work
\n\u2013 genuine interest in the HR field
\n\u2013 diligence and a flexible attitude
\n\u2013 good interaction and collaboration skills
\n\u2013 Knowledge of basic MS Office tools and willingness to learn new programs.<\/p>\n
