What kind of tasks are available?
\nOur summer jobs and internships are suitable for university students in various fields, regardless of their stage of study. You can apply whether you are just starting out or already in the final stages of your studies. We offer a variety of tasks in areas such as:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Customer service tasks: Electronic communications customer service via electronic channels and by telephone. Topics range from, for example, phone coverage and fi domain names to applying for radio licenses.
\n\u2022 Registry duties: Registry duties such as registering new cases and documents arriving at the office in the case management system.
\n\u2022 Technical tasks related to vehicles: Processing of vehicle recall notifications. Processing of inspection and repair shop permit applications.
\n\u2022 Vehicle registration and taxation tasks: Decision processing and correction tasks related to vehicle registration and taxation, as well as customer service. In addition, contract partner management in registration.
\n\u2022 Permit and administrative decision-making tasks: Processing applications for personal permits requiring road traffic consideration, such as educational and age-exempt permits, and making administrative decisions. In addition, issuing and administering permits related to driving licenses, and providing advice and guidance to partners, such as Ajovarma and the police.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Applicable studies: You are studying a field related to the position you are applying for \u2013 the stage of your studies does not matter, but to be selected you must be a student.
\n\u2022 Willingness to learn and develop: You are bold in taking on new challenges and want to develop your skills. Previous experience or knowledge in the field is an advantage, but not necessary.
\n\u2022 Teamwork and interaction skills: You are good at communicating and working collaboratively with others.

\n\u2022 Schedule management and accuracy: You know how to plan and organize your own work so that you stay on schedule and the result of your work is of high quality.
\n\u2022 Good language skills: Fluent Finnish is expected in the positions. In some positions, you will also need Swedish and English skills.<\/p>\n

Salary
\nThe salary for the position is determined by the complexity of the work and the skills of the selected person. The salary level for summer jobs is generally between 2300\u20132500 \u20ac\/month.<\/p>\n

\nAdditional information: Appointment to the position requires that the applicant undergo an appropriate security clearance with their consent (Security Clearance Act 726\/2014), and in some positions, drug testing is also required. In some positions, the security clearance may also include an investigation into foreign ties. Your workplace
\nMost of our summer jobs are located in our Helsinki offices, but we also offer positions in Rovaniemi. The tasks in Rovaniemi focus on vehicle registration and taxation tasks, as well as registry tasks. Your task will determine the location of your office, so please indicate in your application which location suits you best.<\/p>\n
Remote and local work
\nMost of our positions allow you to work flexibly, partly remotely, but some positions require occasional office presence due to the nature of the work. We strive to take into account the wishes of our employees and organize working as flexibly as possible.<\/p>\n
