We are now looking for financial management experts in Helsinki for permanent and fixed-term employment. As a financial management expert, you will be responsible for our clients' financial statements, accounting and managing the customer base. Your client list will mainly consist of pharmacy customers, but also local customers. However, we do not expect you to have previous experience in the pharmacy industry. However, this is a great opportunity to learn more about this interesting industry. We offer our clients our expertise and support them in various situations in the company's everyday life. The better you know your customers, the better you can help them.<\/p>\n
We work with automated systems, so in addition to routine accounting tasks, the work of a financial management expert consists of problem solving, customer service and consulting. In addition to accounting, we interpret figures and proactively strive to enable our clients' success. Our goal is to be a partner to our clients rather than an accounting firm. Our own software is popular among users, as its functionalities make everyday accounting easier and various automations significantly reduce the time spent on routine work.<\/p>\n
You will work at Helsingin Sanomatalo, but we take everyday situations into account, for example in the form of remote work opportunities. The well-being of our experts is important to us, and we strive to support the reconciliation of work and other life to the best of our ability. We pay financial management experts a monthly salary of 2,600-3,500 euros, depending on the skills and previous experience of the selected individuals. In addition to the monthly salary, we pay 15 % commission on consulting revenue.<\/p>\n

These skills will help you succeed in the role:<\/p>\n
\u2013 Previous experience in managing your own client portfolio.
\n\u2013 Ability to analyze numbers and make interpretations based on them.
\n\u2013 Experience in internal and external accounting.
\n\u2013 A completed KLT degree is considered an advantage.
\n\u2013 Experience in utilizing automation in the field of financial administration or the ability to quickly adopt systems and tools.
\n\u2013 Good customer service and interaction skills.
\n\u2013 Good Finnish language skills.
\n\u2013 Courage to use English in customer service situations.<\/p>\n
