Functions
\nEvery year, If employs over 100 summer workers in Finland in various positions, in different business areas from personal customers to corporate customers. The majority of our summer jobs are located in Kupittaa in Turku or Keilaniemi in Espoo, but some positions are also open for next summer in Lahti and Tampere. We are looking for several summer workers, especially for customer service and claims services positions:<\/p>\n
As a sales customer advisor trainee, your most important task is to ensure that the customer is properly insured. You enjoy sales success in customer work, goal-oriented work and self-development. In your work, you always strive for an excellent customer experience for each of your customers and make sure that their insurance coverage is correct. We value previous experience in customer service and\/or telephone service work as well as sales. As a summer employee in customer service, you will work with customers mainly by phone and using electronic tools in shifts according to our opening hours. As a sales customer advisor trainee, you can work in Turku or Espoo.<\/p>\n
As a summer intern in our claims services, you will stand by our customers when something unexpected happens. You can come to If's claims service with many different backgrounds. For example, you can be a student in the commercial, healthcare, construction and automotive sectors or law. We offer summer jobs in different types of claims: vehicle, property, construction, personal, liability and legal security claims. In claims services, you will help customers by phone and electronically and make claims decisions. We value customer service, problem-solving and decision-making skills. As a claims advisor intern, you can work in Turku, Espoo, Lahti and Tampere. <\/p>\n

\nYou will work mainly on data analysis using Excel, among other things. A suitable background is university studies in mathematical or commercial fields.<\/p>\n
Partner Support Specialist Trainee to Turku
\nAs a Partner Support Specialist Trainee, your main task is to be responsible for the sales support provided to car dealerships and inspection stations. You will help and support our partners in the sale of vehicle insurance and investigate and resolve problem situations. You will provide the best possible partner and customer experience and ensure that the customer is properly insured. You can succeed in this role with different educational backgrounds<\/p>\n
Correspondent to Turku
\nThe main task is to prepare If's response to appeal levels regarding damage cases decided under the Act on Occupational Accidents and Occupational Diseases, which the customer has appealed. The appeal levels in question are the Accident Appeal Board and the Insurance Court. Legal studies are required for the position.<\/p>\n
Technical expert trainee for Turku and Espoo
\nYour work will consist of damage inspection and risk management tasks, vehicle pricing and redemption, and claims processing support tasks. Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle technology is an absolute prerequisite for successful performance in the job.<\/p>\n
IT intern in Turku
\nWe are looking for someone who has the desire and ability to learn more about how information systems work. The position will also give you the opportunity to become familiar with the technology that has been in use for many years. It would be an advantage to have completed 2-3 years of studies involving information technology. <\/p>\n
Accounts Payable Expert intern in Turku
\nIn Accounts Payable, you will serve our internal customers in the Nordics, Europe and the Baltics. The work involves processing operating expense invoices for several companies and supporting end users with invoice processing and system-related questions. The position is particularly suitable for students in the commercial field and those interested in financial management. <\/p>\n
Insurance investigation intern in Turku
\nYou will work on assessing the need for investigation, handling claims register requests and responding to regulatory requests. Previous experience in insurance claims processing is required.<\/p>\n
Legal Trainee in Espoo
\nAt Lakaivavu, we specialize in contract, corporate, employment and housing law. As a Legal Trainee, you will be able to participate in a variety of business law research and drafting tasks, both independently and together with a more experienced lawyer. Law studies are required for the position.<\/p>\n
Risk Engineer Summer Worker to Espoo
\nIndustrial's Asset Risk Management unit supports underwriting in risk selection and helps clients prevent and mitigate property and interruption losses. The job involves assisting risk engineers, for example by collecting customer data and entering it into risk management systems. The job will give you exposure to the asset, interruption and dependency risks of large companies. Our clients are large Nordic companies that typically have operations in several countries and continents. The job is particularly suitable for students from technical universities.<\/p>\n
Procurement Trainee in Espoo
\nIn this role, we offer a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in procurement, learn from more experienced colleagues, and participate in various projects that impact our supply chain. Who are you?
\nYou are interested in the insurance industry and take responsibility for your work tasks. We value your desire to make an impact and develop, so you are ready to throw yourself into new things. You are able to work independently and goal-oriented, depending on the situation, both remotely and in the office. Success in summer work tasks requires fluent oral and written Finnish and English. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage. We offer summer work mainly to students who are 18 years of age or older and have started vocational studies.<\/p>\n
