We are now looking for an enthusiastic HR specialist for a permanent position in our Payroll and HR Services team in Oulu. We currently have five specialists working in our team, and we are looking forward to welcoming a new colleague to our team!<\/p>\n

In this role, you will act as a partner to our client companies in a variety of operational HR tasks, including implementing and developing statutory HR services for our client companies. You will provide comprehensive support in various areas of client human resources management, such as payroll contact person duties, customer support, guidance and training, HR system maintenance, process development, and HR reporting and analytics. The job description will be shaped according to the needs of the clients, which offers the opportunity to expand your skills and adapt the content of your work. The role also offers the opportunity to develop towards more strategic HR work.<\/p>\n
Success in the task<\/p>\n
Our work environment is dynamic and constantly evolving, so we hope that you will be enthusiastic about both routine tasks and the most challenging HR tasks. We are looking for an expert with at least a few years of experience in diverse HR tasks, good knowledge of employment law, and experience in either working as a payroll contact or in payroll tasks.<\/p>\n
Good communication skills, an independent approach to work and a desire to develop will support success in the role. We offer the opportunity to develop as an HR specialist towards a more strategic role in more demanding customer cases! It is important to us that you are brave and ready to jump into new situations to develop and spar with customers in familiar operating models. A suitable university degree (e.g. B.A.) and good English skills will support success in the role.<\/p>\n
