HR intern <\/p>\n
to our group's HR for diverse personnel tasks.<\/p>\n
In this role, you will get to learn about and perform a variety of HR tasks related to personnel work, including employer marketing and recruitment, personnel development, HR systems, and internal communications. Your days will consist of planned project work, assisting with routines, and various adhoc tasks that each new day brings. The final tasks and projects will be determined by your interests and studies.<\/p>\n
Studies supporting human resources work (Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Science in Economics, Master of Science in Economics) and previous experience in similar tasks are an advantage, also a genuine interest, desire to learn and a good attitude support success in the task. You have an independent, responsible and self-initiative approach to work, and you are energetic and careful. You are also cooperative, customer service-minded and communicate fluently in both Finnish and English. You are in the final stages of your studies, the task is well suited for work experience during your studies.<\/p>\n
Your workplace will be located at our office in Kalliosolantie, Vantaa, and will be from March to September. The exact start date will be agreed separately. <\/p>\n
