The Archives Intern works in the Administrative Services of the Human Resources and Business Support unit, which is responsible for the company's legal services and many general administrative tasks. The Administrative Services unit employs eight administrative experts.<\/p>\n
The archivist intern works on organizing and screening documents of Kaupunkiliikenne Oy, its subsidiaries and predecessor organizations at the Vallila tram depot.<\/p>\n
We require the applicant to:<\/p>\n
Relevant university-level studies. Studies in history or social sciences are considered an advantage. Enthusiasm, a lively approach and initiative are essential to success in this role. Your strengths also include good collaboration and interaction skills. We consider previous knowledge related to document management an advantage.<\/p>\n
