We are looking for an intern for the property management team. Your task is to assist with the management of Kaupunkiliikenne Oy's depots and other properties. In addition, the task includes independent administrative tasks, such as reporting on asset management and preparing press releases and meeting minutes. Your work also includes assisting with investment proposals, procurements and tenders related to properties. If necessary, you will move independently in the metro stations and passenger traffic facilities based on customer feedback and provide feedback to our property managers. The content and areas of responsibility of the task can be partially modified according to your skills and strengths. <\/p>\n
What kind of intern are we looking for? <\/p>\n
You are a junior or senior university student in the real estate, commercial or technical fields. You have an independent and active approach to work, are cooperative and service-minded. We require good oral and written Finnish and satisfactory English skills from you. A driver's license is an advantage in the job, but not essential. <\/p>\n
Work in urban transport <\/p>\n
We will provide you with a good introduction to your job and you will gain real estate experience in interesting tasks in a unique working environment. You will learn and develop with the support of professionals in the field.
