Do you want to gain valuable financial management experience and join an interesting industry? We are now looking for a careful and accurate ledger administrator for the summer to handle the processing of accounts payable invoices as part of our expert financial team. The work includes, among other things, circulating invoices to auditors, posting and recording invoices in the accounting system. In addition, the ledger administrator processes incoming payment requests. The work also includes communicating with invoice auditors and suppliers. <\/p>\n
We offer summer work in an interesting industry, a comfortable working environment and a position as part of a financial unit of about 20 people. Your workplace is located in our comfortable office in Vallila, but after orientation we offer the opportunity for flexible partial remote working. <\/p>\n
Our main tool for the ledger manager is the Basware P2P system. We also use the SAP system. During the summer job, you will gain experience in financial management processes and these systems. <\/p>\n
What kind of summer worker are we looking for? <\/p>\n
We require the applicant to have education or studies in a commercial field. For example, a B.A. in financial administration or a student of business administration who is in the final stages of their studies is suitable for the position. We expect the applicant to have initiative, accuracy and a desire to learn new things. Good communication and collaboration skills are important in the job. We consider experience with Basware P2P software and SAP enterprise resource planning system an advantage. <\/p>\n
