\nAs Syklo grows and Finland's largest plastic recycling plant and biocomposite plant is being built in Hyvink\u00e4\u00e4, we are looking for a customer relationship manager for versatile operational administrative tasks at the customer interface. <\/p>\n
In this role, you will manage the maintenance of customer price lists and items and the entry of orders into the ERP system. You will take care of invoicing in cooperation with sales and production and actively maintain contact with customers regarding daily operational matters. You will also be responsible for maintaining and archiving contact and contract information and customer reporting for the plastics plant in cooperation with sales. Your work will also include maintaining the instructions for your own area of responsibility and participating in system development.<\/p>\n

Key points about your professional skills and expertise
\nYou have a commercial education suitable for the position and strong experience in working with customers and stakeholders for several years. In addition, you have at least three years of experience in financial administration and order processing, and you are fluent in using ERP systems and participating in their development. Success in this role requires good basic IT skills and fluent Finnish and English.<\/p>\n
We also consider experience in the waste sector, customer service in the manufacturing industry, and sales and marketing roles to be an advantage. We also expect you to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks independently.<\/p>\n
