Join the circular economy revolution
\nAs a laboratory assistant at Syklo, you will support the success of high-quality production at the Hyvink\u00e4\u00e4 plastic recycling plant and biocomposite plant. Your work will include performing quality assurance measurements and tests, recording and reporting the results to production and quality management. You will prepare and analyze raw materials, process and end product samples, and be responsible for the maintenance and daily care of laboratory equipment.<\/p>\n
As a laboratory technician, you are an important part of the production team. You will work closely with production and other stakeholders to ensure that quality remains consistent and processes operate as planned. You will also participate in process development and measurement method improvements, and you will be involved in building the quality management of a new facility from the ground up.<\/p>\n

You will initially work in a day shift, but as production capacity increases, we will gradually move to an uninterrupted three-shift system.<\/p>\n
Key points about your professional skills and expertise
\nYou have a suitable education for the position, for example a laboratory technician or a degree in chemistry. You have at least five years of experience in manufacturing industry laboratory work and product quality assurance processes. You are familiar with quality practices and quality systems, and you know how to work carefully according to them. We particularly value experience in a process industry laboratory and the use of laboratory equipment.<\/p>\n
You work fluently in Finnish and English. You have the ability to collaborate and also work independently and make decisions.<\/p>\n
We are launching our new circular economy hub, so we expect you to share with us the enthusiasm to achieve our ambitious growth goals and a strong desire to develop our operations. You also have problem-solving skills and a desire to learn new things and develop with Syklo's growth.<\/p>\n
