The role in a nutshell <\/p>\n
This is a summer training position starting around May\/June 2026 <\/p>\n
The salary range is approximately 2200-2700\u20ac\/month, depending on your stage of studies <\/p>\n
This is a full-time position based in Hervanta, Tampere <\/p>\n
You must be an active student during the summer<\/p>\n

Your responsibilities will include <\/p>\n
Customer service \u2013 helping our customers with inquiries and ensuring they have a great experience <\/p>\n
Brand store support \u2013 managing orders, coordinating shipping, and keeping operations running smoothly <\/p>\n
Product Returns \u2013 handling return processes efficiently and professionally <\/p>\n
Warranty repair logistics \u2013 coordinating the logistical side of warranty repairs <\/p>\n
We are looking for someone who: <\/p>\n

Is detail-oriented and organized <\/p>\n
Communicates clearly in English <\/p>\n
Can handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively <\/p>\n
