We are looking for a customer service professional for Core to take care of the diverse kitchen work, guest reception, and the upkeep of the Caf\u00e9 operations in our employee restaurant.<\/p>\n

As Hospitality Trainee, you'll be working with:<\/p>\n
Kitchen & Food Preparation \u2013 Ensure high-quality food service (breakfast, lunch, and meeting catering) by actively participating in food preparation and Collaborating on menu planning with the Team Lead and Head Chef.
\nCustomer & Guest Hospitality \u2013 Serve as one of the first contacts for Framery's international guests, managing their reception and orientation in both Finnish and English.
\nCafe Operations & Catering \u2013 Run the daily Caf\u00e9 operations, and participate in organizing internal and external catering events, even brainstorming ways to improve service and offerings.

Prior experience in kitchen and restaurant tasks.
\nPassion for customer service and creating a warm, professional first impression. You will be a vital part of delivering the unique Framery experience.
\nStrong organizational and time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment, especially during lunch hours.
\nFluency in both Finnish and English to serve both local employees and international guests.
\nProactive, positive, and adaptable Personality with a strong ability to work independently.

Practicalities<\/p>\n
This is a full-time internship position based at the Framery HQ in Tampere for a fixed term of 3 months, from May until August 2026, with a possible continuation. The working hours are 7.5 hours per day, from 6:00 to 16:00 during weekdays, with occasional evening shifts.<\/p>\n
The salary for this position is 2200\u20ac per month.<\/p>\n
