\nOur summer jobs and internships are suitable for university students in various fields, regardless of their stage of study. You can apply whether you are just starting out or already in the final stages of your studies. We offer a variety of tasks in areas such as:<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Technical tasks related to vehicles: Processing of vehicle recall notifications. Processing of inspection and repair shop permit applications. Issues related to the type approval of vehicles and their parts, vehicle technical research institutes performing type approval tests, and recording vehicle type data.
\n\u2022 Vehicle registration and taxation tasks: Decision processing related to vehicle registration and taxation, repair tasks, and customer service and partner support.
\n\u2022 Rail and road traffic safety and registry tasks: Processing of rail traffic incident reports and other tasks supporting rail and road traffic safety work. Tasks related to the registry data of rail traffic operators. Other tasks assigned by the land transport sector.
\n\u2022 Permit and administrative decision-making tasks: Processing applications for personal permits requiring road traffic consideration, such as age exception permits, and making related administrative decisions. Also tasks related to driving licenses and maintaining the traffic register. Advice and guidance for partners, such as Ajovarma and the police.
\n\u2022 Supporting tasks related to government grants and\/or transport purchases: Assisting in planning future government grant applications, preparing documents and evaluating applications. Developing the metering of sustainable mobility grants and other government grant processes. For transport purchases, assisting in preparing procurement packages and documents, processing tenders and planning and implementing the annual procurement clock and reporting. In addition, developing financial reporting for government grants and transport purchases.
\n\u2022 Human resources and financial tasks: A task that combines financial and human resources responsibilities. These include purchasing and sales ledger, coordinating the summer worker network, and employment relationship tasks such as personal statement statements, as well as vacation and salary matters.<\/p>\n

During the summer you will be able to participate in joint intern meetings, where you will network with other summer workers. \n\u2022 Applicable studies: You are studying a field related to the position you are applying for \u2013 the stage of your studies does not matter, but to be selected you must be a student.
\n\u2022 Desire to learn and develop: You are brave enough to take on new challenges and want to develop your skills. Previous experience or knowledge in the field is an advantage, but not necessary.
\n\u2022 Teamwork and interaction skills: You are good at communicating and working collaboratively with others.

Your workplace
\nMost of our summer jobs are located at our Helsinki offices. In Rovaniemi, the tasks focus on vehicle registration and taxation tasks and information provision. Your task will determine the location of your office, so please indicate in your application which location suits you best.<\/p>\n
Remote and local work
\nMost of our positions allow you to work flexibly, partly remotely, but the nature of the work requires occasional office presence. We strive to accommodate our employees' wishes and organize work as flexibly as possible.<\/p>\n
