We are looking for a Junior Facility Security Manager for our client in Keilaniemi, Espoo. The position is valid until further notice and will start in early winter 2026.<\/p>\n
As a Junior Facility Security Manager, you will work in a daily operational security environment, participate in the development and implementation of security practices. You will create and maintain instructions, operating models, process descriptions and support materials and work as part of a broader Facility Management and security entity. The work is operational Facility Security work in nature, combining everyday security practices and their development. The role is not just a \u201cfield task\u201d, but includes a strong structural and documenting dimension. Your work will be measured, among other things, by staying on schedule and a customer satisfaction survey. You will report directly to the Facility Security Manager for your tasks.<\/p>\n
We require a suitable bachelor's or master's degree in security or at least a plan to graduate. The most important thing in this position is not long work experience, but motivation, initiative and a desire to take responsibility. You will be given responsibility, learn by doing and become part of an international operating environment already at the beginning of your career. A basic understanding of the basics of premises security, such as security technology, security business and rescue safety, as well as risk management is necessary.<\/p>\n
The core of the role \u2013 operational work and structural thinking. You also know how to think about the service from the end customer's perspective and promote projects accordingly.<\/p>\n
In this role, reporting, projects and all documentation will be done in English, so to be successful in this role, you will communicate in English, both orally and in writing, in addition to fluent Finnish. You combine a work-oriented attitude, self-motivation and a desire to respond to our customer's needs with a flexible and customer service-oriented attitude. You have good IT skills and systems expertise, as well as the impeccable background required by the customer. We value your ability to learn, curiosity and the ability to grasp wholes quickly. In addition, you are motivated to learn more and develop professionally.
