Come join our lively team as an intern! We are looking for an agrology or agronomy student for a summer job from April 27 to August 31, 2026. The internship is intended for completing an internship included in your studies.<\/p>\n
The job description includes office work, such as processing support applications, maintaining the animal keeper register and customer service. You will also get to learn about the duties of a rural agent, including support matters, such as waste oat control, predator damage inspections, damage assessments of protected species and assessment of the fair price of fields. The salary is the minimum wage according to the Finnish Agricultural Workers' Association (KVTES).<\/p>\n
Our offices are in Iisalmi, Lapinlahti, Sonkaj\u00e4rvi and Vierem\u00e4. The internship requires travel to all offices. The Rural Administration of Upper Savo\/City of Iisalmi handles rural administration in the areas of the above-mentioned municipalities.<\/p>\n
