As a customer advisor, your working days consist of multi-channel customer service for employer and self-employed customers, which focuses on advising on pension insurance and payment issues by phone and chat. In addition, you respond to other written communications from customers. A key part of your work is also the customer service of Elo's partners.<\/p>\n
You will work in the YEL and small TyEL customers function as part of the Insurance unit, where your duties will be focused on handling the pension insurance issues of self-employed customers. The tasks are varied and versatile; you will be able to comprehensively familiarize yourself with pension insurance matters and help and support our customers with related questions. In addition to the work of your own function, you also actively participate in the work of other functions of the unit.<\/p>\n
We expect applicants to have experience in multi-channel customer service work and, with that, the ability to understand customer expectations and handle even demanding customer service situations. Good knowledge of Swedish and English is desirable.<\/p>\n
