The year-long AFRY Future Stars career path program is structured flexibly with summer jobs and part-time jobs during the academic year, as well as Training Days that support your development together with other interns. During the training days, you will learn important skills about working in the design and consulting industry and discovering your professional potential. As a Future Stars intern, you will be supported in building your own career path and professional development. During the internship program, you will also receive support from your own tutor.<\/p>\n
The work assignments are tailored individually for the intern, depending on their own situation, skills and interests. During the program, you can also negotiate the possibility of doing your master's or thesis with us.<\/p>\n

We are now recruiting for the Water Supply Network Department!<\/p>\n
We are involved in many projects that help us move towards a more sustainable society. We solve challenges related to water management and management and underground infrastructure in the water supply, stormwater, industry and energy sectors. Whether it is the renovation or new construction of water supply networks, stormwater management structures or network transfers, we serve our customers with our expertise. Our projects often involve extensive cooperation with different sectors.<\/p>\n
Our department has about 25 experts, mainly in three different locations: Vantaa, Tampere and Kuopio. Our staff is a good mix of experience and young energy. We are currently designing, among other things, tramways for Tampere, a main water supply for Vantaa, stormwater solutions that adapt well to the urban environment and delay water for dense urban environments, and better water management for industrial sites.<\/p>\n
As a Stara, you will work as an assistant designer on projects under the guidance of more experienced colleagues. Depending on your situation and wishes, you can work from our offices in Vantaa, Tampere or Kuopio.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nYou are a university student in the final stages of your studies (3rd\u20135th year). Ideally, you will have one year of studies left when the program begins.<\/p>\n
