We are looking for summer employees for two different teams for customer relationships: Elo's own sales team and the analytics team. Your key tasks<\/p>\n
The task of the centralized analytics team is to support Elo's business operations and support services in achieving strategic goals with analytics solutions. The team develops and implements analytics solutions, for example, to streamline Elo's operations, improve customer experience, and develop customer acquisition and management. As a summer employee in the analytics team, you will be able to edit and analyze data, make forecasts and reports, and visualize data and results using the Power BI tool. The analytics team has advanced analytics tools in the Azure environment. You will also be involved in planning new data utilization opportunities as part of our business, from ideas to implementation.<\/p>\n
Our future colleague is a university graduate or recent graduate. Your studies have included subjects such as computer science and statistics. You have a passion for data processing, modeling and forecasting, and are proficient in programming with Python. Experience with the Azure cloud environment and data visualization with Power BI is an advantage. You are an excellent fit for the role if you have a careful and precise approach to work, good organizational and prioritization skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. We particularly value an outgoing and enthusiastic approach to work. You are eager to learn new things and easily adopt the use of new information systems.<\/p>\n
The main task of Elo's own sales is to sell statutory earnings-related pension insurance (YEL and TyEL) and Elo's services to entrepreneurs and employer customers. In addition to sales work, the team's tasks include active networking, training and continuous development of its own operations. Multi-channel is emphasized in the purchasing process, but the main tool for contacting customers is the telephone. In this team, you will have the opportunity to put your excellent customer service skills into practice and show your skills in selling YEL and TyEL insurance.<\/p>\n
You will succeed in the position of sales consultant this summer if you have sales talent and good customer service and teamwork skills. Previous sales experience is considered an advantage, but it is not mandatory, but a positive attitude and a desire to develop are key to success in this position. In this position, you need fluent English and Swedish is also considered an advantage.<\/p>\n

Our summer employees do not need to be seasoned professionals, but we emphasize above all an enthusiastic, cooperative and proactive attitude and a customer-oriented approach. Our summer jobs are aimed at university students, and studies in social sciences, law, administrative sciences, commercial studies or mathematics, for example, are a good basis for developing into an expert in the earnings-related pension sector.<\/p>\n

Summer jobs start in April-May and last approximately 3\u20135 months. Our total salary for summer jobs starts at \u20ac2,200\/month, depending on the level of the job and your experience.<\/p>\n
