At Elo's pension services, you can get to know the Finnish earnings-related pension system, which is an internationally unique and socially significant entity. In addition to pension expertise, process development, new technologies and the development of new services are important areas for us.<\/p>\n
Your key tasks<\/p>\n
As a summer employee with us, you will work in responsible expert positions. In pension services, your work includes, for example, issuing old-age and family pension decisions, writing responses in appeal cases, versatile tasks in pension payment or international pension matters. All work tasks also include customer service in various channels, e.g. by phone and chat. We also have positions that require statistical and analytical skills.<\/p>\n
Keys to success in the task<\/p>\n
Our summer employees do not need to be seasoned professionals, but we emphasize above all an enthusiastic, cooperative and proactive attitude and a customer-oriented approach. Our summer jobs are aimed at university students and, for example, studies in social sciences, law, administrative sciences, commercial fields or mathematics are a good basis for developing into an expert in the earnings-related pension sector. We value Swedish and English language skills and an interest in the pension sector. In addition, we consider customer service experience, interest in system testing and process development to be an advantage.<\/p>\n

Summer jobs start in April-May and last approximately 3\u20135 months. We hope that summer workers will have the opportunity to continue as hourly workers after the summer. Our total salary for summer jobs starts at \u20ac2,200 per month, depending on the level of the job and your experience.<\/p>\n
