Financial Services is a support function that serves all of Elo's business operations and is responsible for Elo's external accounting. Financial Services is responsible for payment transactions, general ledger accounting, and property accounting.<\/p>\n
Your key tasks<\/p>\n
As a summer employee in finance, you will get to know various financial administration processes and participate in daily tasks. Your working days will include managing the purchase invoice process for Elo and Elo-owned properties, which means, among other things, paying invoices, maintaining automation, reconciling, internal customer service, and contacting purchase invoice suppliers. An essential part of your working days will also be daily customer service, e.g. via email.<\/p>\n

Our summer employees do not need to be seasoned professionals, but we emphasize above all an enthusiastic, cooperative and proactive attitude and a customer-oriented approach. Our summer jobs are aimed at university students and, for example, financial management and accounting studies are a good basis for this position. Above all, you are interested in learning about the financial management of a large organization and its processes. Previous experience in processing purchase invoices is an advantage. The candidate we are looking for has good cooperation and interaction skills and the initiative to take action! You are good at working in a team and you have a sense of responsibility to complete assigned tasks and projects.<\/p>\n

Summer jobs start in April-May and last approximately 3\u20135 months. Our total salary for summer jobs starts at \u20ac2,200\/month, depending on the level of the job and your experience.<\/p>\n
