Our Quality & Finishing team is now looking for a Trainee to support the great growth story of ours. This position would be in the Washing & Finishing function, and it will help you to gain work experience in the field of high-tech product manufacturing and enhance the possible future career plans of yours. Our Quality & Finishing team is a vital part of the production and Bluefors, since it\u2019s one of their tasks to make sure that our products deliver one of our core values, high quality. Now we want to find an enthusiastic and meticulous person to work in our Washing & Finishing as a Summer Trainee.<\/p>\n
Your tasks will include operating washing machinery, preparing needed items for further processing, and assisting in various departmental tasks. We expect you to have a mindset for high quality, drive, and ability to learn. You would be a perfect fit to the team, if you are at the end of your studies in a related field and if you already have some similar work experience.<\/p>\n
To succeed in this role, we hope you have experience in industrial production environment, you are a fast learner, you have a problem-solving attitude and a positive mindset towards new things and especially for quality and safety. Positive and hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently within a great team takes you a long way. We expect you to be genuinely proud of what you do, and you do it meticulously. <\/p>\n
