We are looking for summer employees for customer service. Your workplace will be located in one of the following locations: Kajaani, Kemi, Kemij\u00e4rvi, Oulu, Rovaniemi, Tornio. Your work will include providing guidance and advice to customers based on their life situation, primarily in telephone customer service. The work may also include customer service tasks at a service desk. It may also be possible to work remotely on telephone customer service. \n\u2022 you have a vocational or university degree or are studying for the above-mentioned degrees
\n\u2022 You are fluent in Finnish and English, and you speak and write both well
\n\u2022 you are able to work independently and are an active and cooperative team player
\n\u2022 you have experience in customer service and the courage to meet people in different life situations
\n\u2022 you know how to use several different information systems simultaneously and have good digital and information retrieval skills.<\/p>\n
It is also beneficial if

\n\u2022 you have experience in demanding and fast-paced customer service
\n\u2022 you also have other language skills such as Swedish and\/or S\u00e1mi

The salary of summer workers depends on the complexity of the task, previous work experience and studies. The salary of summer workers in this position starts at 2,332 euros\/month.<\/p>\n
