We are looking for a<\/p>\n
Data Analyst Summer Trainee<\/p>\n
to join Normet\u2019s Digital Service team in Espoo from 6th of May to 30th of August 2024.<\/p>\n
In this position you will get to dig into heavy equipment data and make an important contribution to designing Normet\u2019s data analytics. The role is within the Global Digital Service team which leads the connectivity and analytics services at Normet. You will be part of a team that builds comprehensive analytics to support both our and our customer\u2019s operative and long-term strategy decision making.<\/p>\n
Your main tasks will be to analyze data, create KPI\u2019s and create reports and dashboards. This means that you would be using Python and SQL to create data pipelines, do data crunching and on top of them create BI dashboards. You will also have possibilities to experiment with AI.<\/p>\n
Main responsibilities and tasks:<\/p>\n
-Creating data models for BI reports<\/p>\n
-Building BI reports on top of the data models<\/p>\n
-Validating BI reports and data models<\/p>\n
-Documentation of analytics<\/p>\n
-Experimentation with AI<\/p>\n
We are looking for candidates with the following competencies:<\/p>\n
-SQL \u2013 good skills<\/p>\n
-Python \u2013 good skills<\/p>\n
-Understanding of Azure cloud and its components is seen as a benefit<\/p>\n
-Interest in AI and machine learning<\/p>\n
-Can-do and customer success attitude<\/p>\n
-Fluency in English, preferably also in Finnish<\/p>\n
-Good communication skills<\/p>\n
