We are looking for summer workers for a telephone service in Tampere. The work starts on May 6, 2024 and ends on August 31, 2024. You will work in a telephone service where you will advise and guide customers in various life situations in all Kela matters, taking a holistic approach to the matter. You will advise customers on their questions and guide them individually to the most appropriate service. You will use various information systems to advise customers. You will play an important role in the encounters between the customer and Kela.<\/p>\n

you are at least 18 years old at the start of the assignment
\nyou have university or university studies
\nYou have work experience in customer service and the courage to meet people in different life situations on the phone.
\nyou have excellent Finnish language skills, meaning you speak and write good Finnish
\nyou have good English skills, meaning you can serve our customers fluently in English
\nyou have good interaction and communication skills
\nYou have the desire and skill to produce excellent customer experiences.<\/p>\n

The salary of summer workers depends on previous work experience and the extent of studies completed. The salary of summer workers in this position starts at 2,332 euros\/month.<\/p>\n
