Start Your Journey as a Grow@TCS Trainee<\/p>\n
From strategic IT consulting to innovative software solutions and services \u2013 at TCS you get to experience it all! Over 600,000 employees support top customers worldwide every day \u2013 and so can you! Learning on the job and working in customer projects will enhance your professional profile and develop your industry and technology knowledge. After the Grow@TCS Program, 6 months of training program, you will dive into an interesting customer project in one of customers in Finland and if you want, you can also always apply for diverse range of projects across Europe. Embark on this exciting program with trainees from all over Europe and get firsthand experience across industries with the latest technologies.<\/p>\n
Developer Trainee:
\nIn diverse teams, you advise and support your clients in designing and implementing digital applications. You participate in the creation of architectural and implementation concepts as well as interface designs. Currently we have several projects, where we are hiring.<\/p>\n
Your Qualifications for Grow@TCS program
\n– You hold a bachelor\u2019s or master\u2019s degree
\n– You have practical experience as an intern or working student \u2013 ideally in the IT industry or SAP
\n– You are fluent in English, ideally also in Finnish
\n– You are passionate about digital technologies
\n– You feel at home in an intercultural environment
\n– Depending on the role, you should know back or front end coding, including Java j2EE, Springboot (microservices), Elasticsearch (ELK stack), angular, Oracle DB or Programming Knowledge: C\/C++ ITK and basic knowledge in Unix<\/p>\n
