Contact Forum is Finland's largest one-day recruitment event for university students and recent graduates. The 2024 Contact Forum at Messukeskus attracted over 140 business partners and over 7,000 visitors.<\/p>\n
We work with joy and ambition. Our concrete goal \u2013 to facilitate meaningful encounters between job seekers and employers \u2013 unites the entire event team. The work of each team member is concretely reflected in the event, for example, in the diverse employer coverage and interesting trade fair program.<\/p>\n
Contact Forum's trade fair team is now looking for a customer service and sales coordinator to join our team for a fixed-term employment contract until February 14, 2025. The workload is 15-20 hours per week, so the job is perfect for, for example, studying.<\/p>\n
Main tasks:
\n-Customer service \u2013 You will implement trade fair planning with our partner companies
\n-You support sales
\n-Order management & invoicing
\n-Assist and communicate with stakeholders in event preparation
\n-Participated in the organization, planning and implementation of the event<\/p>\n

\n-Fluent in Finnish & English, both oral and written
