What is NewFellows? <\/p>\n
Development is part of Fellowmind's DNA and professional growth is an important part of our strategy. Since 2015, we have offered over a hundred people the opportunity to join us through the NewFellows program. Now, the tenth NewFellows program is being launched, aimed at recent graduates or those changing fields at the beginning of their careers who are interested in working as consultants in the IT industry. <\/p>\n
Those selected for the program will come directly into employment to learn new things, develop and do concrete work on customer projects. What kind of roles are we recruiting for? <\/p>\n
This time, the training program focuses on three priority areas: <\/p>\n
ERP Consulting (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central): As an ERP consultant, you will work in the development of our clients' ERP systems, either as a logistics and production consultant or as a financial consultant. Your choice of specialization will be influenced by your previous skills, education and work experience. <\/p>\n
Data analytics (Qlik, Power BI, Fabric): As a data specialist, you will work on reporting solutions that support business operations and become familiar with the data that underpins customer decision-making, transforming it for business use. <\/p>\n
Integration Development (Azure, APIs, .NET\/C#): The role of an integration developer combines both programming and infrastructure design and configuration. Working on integrations offers enormous development opportunities across different technologies and systems, both as a technical expert and as a consultant with business understanding. <\/p>\n
You will have direct access to our employment relationship to utilize your business expertise and develop <\/p>\n
your technology skills on interesting projects and practical tasks. However, you don't have to be a ready-made consultant, as what matters most to us is your enthusiasm and motivation to learn new things, as well as the fact that you get to develop your skills and help our customers. <\/p>\n
You will succeed at Fellowmind when your working style is responsible, customer-oriented and you want to constantly develop in your own work. You work with professional skills, but with a suitably relaxed approach. In addition to being self-directed, you also work fluently as part of a customer or project team - as part of a team, you build the best possible solution for the customer. As our customers and environment become more international, we expect you to be fluent in Finnish as well as English. <\/p>\n
Our training program is intensive. We hope that by the time you are finished with your studies, you will be able to work with us full-time. <\/p>\n
We are primarily looking for trainees in Helsinki, Turku and Tampere. However, we work with a hybrid model, so remote working is an everyday occurrence for us. <\/p>\n

How to apply? <\/p>\n
The application period is January 2-19, 2025. Applications will be reviewed during the application period, so do not leave your application until the last day. <\/p>\n
If you progress through the application process, you will receive an invitation to the entrance exam day. In addition, for the data analytics and integration developer programs, we will organize a preliminary assignment on January 20 and 27, which will be reviewed together on the entrance exam day. <\/p>\n
The entrance exam days will be held on January 21 and January 28, 2025 at our Helsinki office in Pit\u00e4j\u00e4nm\u00e4ki. As an applicant, you will participate in one day. <\/p>\n
The program will launch on March 3, 2025 with a joint launch at the Helsinki office. <\/p>\n
