Summer is around the corner, and while some of us take a well-deserved holiday, we need talents to keep things running smoothly at Prohoc. 🌞 That’s where you come in!

Be our Summer Talent 2025

We’re looking for Summer Talents to join us in Vaasa, Finland for summer 2025:
– Summer Talent for Quality tasks
– Summer Talent for HR duties
– There’s also a possibility of an additional role for general office tasks, depending on the situation in May.

Jobs are available full-time from May to early autumn, but of course talents also need to be on holiday, so we are quite flexible in terms of working hours. In the HR role, you might even start earlier.

📝 As Summer Talent, you will:

Quality:
– Handle quality notifications from production and collaborate with different departments to solve problems
– Maintain production quality analytics, primarily using Excel
– Utilize the supplier portal to support quality-related processes
– Work both independently and in a team to ensure production quality meets our high standards

HR:
– Support the implementation of our new HR system by updating data and ensuring accuracy
– Prepare reports and verify that HR data is up-to-date and correct
– Assist in recruitment tasks, employment management, and payroll processes (if you’re interested in learning more about these areas)

General Office tasks:
– Maintaining and organizing office supplies and equipment inventory
– Filing and archiving documents, both physically and digitally
– Updating databases and creating reports to support office or business functions
– Supporting the creation of newsletters or internal communications
– Assisting with social media content creation or updates

🏆 To succeed, you have:
– A relevant background for the specific role you’re applying for (studies or work experience)
– Good IT skills, especially familiarity with office tools
– A proactive and analytical mindset with a team-player attitude
– Fluency in Finnish and good English skills
– A positive attitude and the ability to embody Prohoc’s values
– To be at least 18 years old by the start of your employment

At Prohoc’s office we have fun even in the summer! We occasionally have a disco ball spinning and music playing when work assignments allow it, not to forget ice cream! 🍧
