In this category we have summer trainee positions in the field of Legal and Compliance. Depending on the team, your tasks may include things like supporting tasks in daily activities, legal research, drafting and renewing international contracts, supporting in site assignments, administrating external resources, and cooperating with both internal and external stakeholders. The specific tasks of each trainee will vary depending on your team, skills, and interest. To excel in the positions of this category, you have:

On-going studies in a relevant field (Master of Laws or equivalent), preferably 3+ years of studies
Working fluency in English, both written and spoken. Also some of the positions may have Finnish or Swedish skills as language requirements
Systematic and proactive way of working
Good eye for detail and ability to pick up pieces of information from different sources.
Commercial awareness and strong interest towards international transactions and contract law

Depending on the position(s) you are interested in, the following are seen as a benefit – you are not expected to cover all of these but do remember to mention the ones that apply to you in your CV/application:

Additional language skills
Knowledge of Finnish taxation
Skills in documentation, documentation management or stakeholder communication

To ensure a fair and equal compensation for all selected trainees, the monthly salary for each trainee is set based on the level of studies and number of acquired study credits. The salary range is 1825€ – 2535€/month depending on the above given factors.
