Nautor Swan is an international company with more than 50 years of experience in manufacturing luxury sailing yachts that are world famous for their perfect combination of quality, performance, elegance, and reliability. More than 2,350 Swan yachts, between 36 to 131 feet, have been built and delivered since the early 1960s.  Today we have around 300 employees at our production facilities in Jakobstad and Pedersöre. We have a strong belief in the future and new comprehensive projects to be completed, which is why we are continuously looking for new workers.
