We are looking for two Trainees for our QEHSC (Quality, Environment, Health, Safety, Compliance and Sustainability) team! You will be working with us in developing further a companywide Integrated Management System for Bluefors, as well as contribute as a resource into designated tasks, improving our overall operations. Position in our QEHSC team will support your studies and helps you to gain work experience in the field of high-tech product manufacturing and enhance the possible future career plans of yours.
Your daily responsibilities include as an example participating in our daily processes, preparing, and upkeeping QEHSC documentation, monitoring, and follow-up with action plan completions for end-to-end operations of Bluefors. The work will include co-operation with various internal stakeholders in addressing and reporting any non-conformance issues to the responsible personnel, with urgency. You will be working with other team members, who will help you to get started and support you in your day-to-day activities.
This role is perfect for example for an Engineering or Economics student who has already advanced in his/her studies and experience in a manufacturing environment is recommended. We especially value great teamwork skills, hard-working mindset, and proactive approach to your work. To succeed in this role, it is required to have “can-do” attitude and high standard for work ethics. You have quality mindset, and you pay attention to details and guidelines. Positive and hands-on attitude with the ability to work independently within a great team takes you a long way. We expect you to be genuinely proud of what you do, and you do it meticulously.
The QEHSC team is a tight group of passionate professionals from different age, backgrounds, and nationalities, and this is a great opportunity for you to develop yourself as a future professional. During the summer your main responsibilities will be
• Participating in our daily QEHSC management
• Preparing and upkeeping QEHSC related documentation
• Monitoring and follow-up with action plan completions from QEHSC angle
• Addressing and reporting safety and quality issues
• Supporting in sustainability and ESG regulations related compliance
• Conducting various assistive tasks related to the QEHSC requirements
