Our Talent Programme 2024 offers immersive experience working with our iconic brands over the course of 3-6 month, tailored to accommodate your studies. Our commitment to secure a good learning environment is centered around three key areas: learning by experience, learning through people, and formal learning. Besides from an assigned Line Manager, you will be paired with a dedicated Mentor, who will both provide coaching and support throughout the Talent Programme. To equip and enhance your skillset, you will as a Unilever employee also have access to numerous live and recorded online training sessions.

TALENT PROGRAM TRACKS

We are looking for employees to take part in our Talent Program 2024, working either within Sales, Marketing, or HR fulltime, based on your interests and educational background. Depending on which track is suitable for you, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience from:

Sales: Are you passionate about customers, shoppers, and selling with a purpose? Apply to join our Customer Development team to gain hands-on experience that will deepen your understanding of the FMCG industry and shape your professional growth in Sales! You will, among others, learn more about how we collaborate with- and develop our retail customers.

Marketing: If you possess a strong consumer focus and a genuine passion for brands, our Marketing track is tailor-made for you! You will gain experience in how we build and grow our strong brands, work with innovations, activations, and lead diverse projects. If you embody a visionary and challenger mindset, this is your chance to launch your career in Marketing!

Human Resources: Are you interested in learning more about how we drive our people agenda? This track provides a chance for you to acquire hands-on experience with various operational HR tasks, including wellbeing, recruitment, employer branding, onboarding, HR administration, along with engagement in other HR projects. You will work closely with all HR colleagues in Finland, and become an integral part of a dynamic, Nordic team!

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in Unilever, it is important that you possess a curious mindset, can-do mentality, and that you take ownership of tasks. You are willing to step out of your comfort zone, ready for new challenges, and can see yourself working in a dynamic environment. In this position, we put less emphasis on prior work experience. Nonetheless, there are specific, formal criteria we expect you to meet when joining our Talent Programme:

-You are at the end of your bachelor/enrolled in a master’s degree, or you have recently completed your studies within a relevant field.
-Availability to work fulltime for a duration of 3-6 months.
-You possess great communication skills.
-Fluency in Finnish and English, both spoken and written.
