Summer Power – Trainee (Business, Development & Design)

In this category, we have non-technical business-related positions in the fields of, for example, Project Management, Human Resources and Service Design. The specific tasks of each trainee will vary depending on your team, skills, and interests. You will have independent work responsibilities, and you will support your team in daily work and the development of task-specific processes. You will also be in contact and collaboration with different stakeholders, both internal and external.

The positions in this category may include tasks like data management and control, business analytics, process mapping and visualisation, reporting, event and project coordination activities, business modelling, user interviews and assisting with travel arrangements, timesheets, payroll, invoicing and much more! To excel in the positions of this category, you have:

On-going studies in a relevant field (B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Administration, International Business, UX Design, Service Design, Human Resources, Economics or equivalent)
Working fluency in English, both written and spoken
Strong skills in essential MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Positive enabling attitude, strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically

Depending on the position(s) you are interested in, the following are seen as a benefit – you are not expected to cover all of these but do remember to mention the ones that apply to you in your CV/application:

Knowledge and/or experience in SAP, M-Files, PowerBI, Qlikview and Success Factors
Knowledge and/or experience in Figma, Sketch, Canva, Adobe, Miro (or similar)
Experience from Data Management or Data Analytics
Interest in project management and knowledge of PM frameworks (like agile)
Understanding or experience in design thinking and visualization of processes

To ensure fair and equal compensation for all selected trainees, the monthly salary for each trainee is set based on the level of studies and a number of acquired study credits. The salary range is 1825€ – 2535€/month depending on the factors given above.
