Summer Trainee for Electrical Engineering

Our Engineering team is now looking for a Trainee for different projects to support the great growth story of ours. Position in our Engineering team will support your studies and helps you to gain work experience in the field of high-tech product manufacturing and enhance the possible future career plans of yours. Our team is responsible for designing our cryogen-free dilution refrigerators as well as the components and sub-systems and we take part in many product development projects.

As a Summer Trainee your main task is to support in electrical engineering related tasks in our Engineering team. Your assignments would be appointed to you based on your skills, knowledge and experience you already have. Possible areas of work could be for example circuit diagram designing, EPLAN and LEAN data management, production and testing support, instruction creation, product development support and hands on technician / electrician tasks.

To succeed in this role, it is required to be an Electrical/Automation/Electronics Engineering student (B.Sc. or M.Sc.). We expect you to have some experience in electrical CAD programs, ERP programs and creating or interpreting circuit diagrams or electrical drawings. You have good teamwork, communication, and reporting skills. You can work independently and systematically, and you are committed to high quality. Positive and hands-on attitude takes you a long way. We expect you to be genuinely proud of what you do, and you do it meticulously.

What we expect from you
• B.Sc. or M.Sc. student in the field of Electrical / Automation / Electronics Engineering
• Experience in electrical CAD programs (like EPLAN)
• Experience in ERP programs (like LEAN)
• Experience in creating or interpreting circuit diagrams / electrical drawings
• Experience in reporting and documentation
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• English language skills
• Ability to work independently and systematically

We also appreciate
• Technician / Electrician background
• Experience in automation engineering PLC (programming software)
• Previous experience in technology company
• Positive, hands-on attitude
• Commitment to high quality and attention to detail
