We are currently seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Nordic Talent Acquisition team in the Espoo office in this part-time position. As a member of our team, you will play an important role in taking our recruiting efforts to the next level, with a focus on creating a positive and inspiring candidate experience. The position is primarily focused on tech and other specialist recruitments.
About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day support in various recruitment tasks such as sourcing and communicating with potential candidates, scheduling interviews, administering tests, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience for all parties involved. You will also be responsible for creating and posting job advertisements, as well as templates for candidate communication. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to participate in long-term projects and tasks related to talent acquisition.

About the Team
You will be a part of our Nordic Talent Acquisition team, a welcoming and talented group of individuals who prioritize inclusivity and support each other in their work. As part of this team, you will play an important role in our efforts to attract and retain top talent, while also contributing to our team’s growth and development.
You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and other Talent Acquisition Coordinators, as well as HR colleagues in other teams and business leaders. You will receive all necessary support to succeed in your role and be encouraged to develop and set your mark in the organization.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is interested in recruitment, with strong communication skills in Finnish and English, both written and verbal. It is also beneficial if you speak Swedish. You should have a sense of responsibility, reliability, and a structured approach to your work, as well as the ability to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
In addition, we would like to see that you are currently pursuing a Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in a related field with at least two years left of studies. Some work experience within e.g., HR, communication, tech industry, coordination, or marketing etc. is beneficial.
